The trade fair is held every two years. It is the global meeting place for all professionals involved in horticulture technology in RAI Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The 2016 edition features 360+ international exhibitors including all the market leaders in four connected themes: Crops, Water, Energy and Biobased and a Demo Area for heavy equipment and machinery. GreenTech 2016 will also feature a Vertical Farming Pavilion and adjoining conference. Following the latest trends, the newly arising Vertical Farming Industry will be represented in Amsterdam.

“Urban and Vertical Farming are the new kids on the block,” says Mariska Dreschler, Manager of GreenTech, “Countries such as Japan, the US and UAE are very keen on exploring this new production technology which has a sustainable approach to both cities and the country side. This subject belongs in the concept of GreenTech.”
GreenTech Summit
The next Greentech will take place on the 12th, 13th and 14th of June 2018 in the RAI in Amsterdam. In 2017, there will be no GreenTech Summit, as it was the case in the middle of 2015. Instead, a Summit will be organized on June 11, 2018, a day before GreenTech 2018.
